Emergencies causing immediate danger such as a fire - Call 911
Emergencies involving gas call PG&E and if necessary, 911 or the propane company.
Emergencies involving immediate electric danger call the utility service such as SMUD, Roseville Utilities, PG&E, etc. and your Property Management office. Emergencies such as backed up plumbing, flooding etc. call your Property Management office.
For all Non-Emergencies you may either fill out our Online Maintenance Request, print and fax a request or call your property management office.
